Three steps. Two working days.
Tell us about your business
A short form: what you do, where you work, how people reach you, and the look you want.
We generate it, a person checks it
PageBurst drafts the page from your answers. Someone at Lightwork reads every word and tests every link.
You approve it, it goes live
One round of changes if you want them, then it goes live on your domain.
Right now a person at Lightwork runs your answers through the PageBurst generator and checks every word and link before you see it. Self-serve generation is being built. The price will not change when it arrives.
What you get.
One page, sectioned to your business, on your own domain. This is Lightwork’s demonstration site for an electrician in Leeds, shown at desktop size.

One price. Every fee on this page.
Need more than three pages, a shop, or bookings? That is a Lightwork website, hand-built from £145.
Generated by software. Checked by a person.
PageBurst is new. Every site is drafted by our tools from your answers and finished by someone at Lightwork before you see it. That is why it takes two working days rather than two minutes.
Generated
PageBurst drafts the page from your answers: the words, the sections and the layout. Nothing is written from scratch, which is what keeps the price low.
Checked by a person
Before you see it, someone at Lightwork reads every line, tests the contact form and every link, and fixes what the software got wrong.
Owned by you
The site and the domain are yours. Keep it with us for hosting and backups, or take the files and host it anywhere for nothing a month.
Questions.
Is it really generated?
Yes. The draft comes from software working from your answers. Today a person at Lightwork runs the generator and checks the result before anything goes live. Self-serve generation is being built, and the price will not change when it arrives.
What if I do not like it?
You get one round of changes before it goes live. If you are still not happy before launch, we refund the build fee in full.
Can I change it myself?
Not yet. Send us the change you want and we make it for $20. If you host the site yourself, you have the files and can edit them however you like.
What does the monthly cover?
UK hosting, daily backups, the SSL certificate and keeping the page online. It starts from month two and is monthly rolling with 30 days’ notice. Your domain is billed at cost and an email mailbox is $4 a month on top.
Can I leave?
Yes. Hosting is monthly rolling with 30 days’ notice. Take the files and host them yourself, or move them anywhere you like. Your domain is in your name, so it goes with you.
Who registers the domain?
We do, in your name, and we charge what it costs us. If you already own a domain, we connect it instead.
Is tax included?
No. Every price on this page excludes tax. It is added at checkout where it applies.
What if I need more than three pages?
Then you need a hand-built site. Lightwork builds those, with a shop or bookings if you need them, from £145. See Lightwork website pricing.
